California DOI Certification

The course is designed for participants to down-load a copy of the California Fair Claims Settlement Practice Regulations and sign an acknowledgement that they have read it in its entirety and fully understand all provisions of the California Code of Regulations. A time-line chart is presented and each of the time lines are addressed in the presentation which includes: Notice of Claim, Legal Action, Investigation, Poof of Claim, Need of Additional time, Client Response and Communication, DOI Inquiry, Documenting, Denial of a Claim and Penalties. The sixteen Unfair claims Settlement Practices are also introduced.

Following the successful completion of this course, participants are awarded a certificate reflecting this accomplishment.
